What to know before we start.
Is the ad budget included in the price?
No, and that's the fair way. The ad budget is your money, paid directly to Meta, with a cap you set. We only invoice the work. We recommend at least 2,000 RON/month: below that, Meta's algorithm never learns who your customer is.
Do I need a long-term contract?
For Presence, Growth and Ads only, no — we work month to month. Social + Ads asks for 6 months, because the campaign page and the setup happen once, at the start, and we include them free. You can pay for them separately if you'd rather not commit.
What do you need from us?
Photos and clips from your real activity by the 25th of each month, plus access to the pages and someone who answers our questions. So it isn't a chore, we send you a short monthly guide on what's worth photographing at your specific business. We don't film; if you need a shoot, we work with a photographer and tell you the price upfront.
Can you work on performance?
Where results are genuinely measurable (online bookings, forms, reservations), we can add a per-new-client bonus on top of the base retainer. For in-location traffic with no tracking, we stay on a flat retainer, so it's fair to both sides.
